I joined Price Waterhouse Tokyo office at 1991.  My carrier included SEC based audits, IAS or IFRS based audits and Japan based audits.  Also, for more than two years, I was temporary transferred from PwC to Japanese leading security company to assist them for IPO, stock pricing, tax and ALM practices. After leaving Price Waterhouse Coopers at 2003, I established  "Yamabuki Licensed Tax Accountant's Corporation" and provided the financial reporting advisory servises and tax services for the small and middle sized companies.

□　Support of financial reporting 

We are small sized accounting office and providing the financial reporting advisory services to the international companies located in Japan and Japanese companies.

  for example,
 /support monthly and year end reporting in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS.
 /undertaking the entry of the daily transactions to the general ledger (book keeping).
